They do offer a pretty heavy discount for employees for items that are a Fastenal brand. Anything not a Fastenal preferred brand you will still receive a discount, but not near as much.

The discount is 15% above cost for parts. However, Fastenal has very high prices and you can still usually do better at Home Depot even with the discount.
