Good health care I am still on my parents so I do not use it

There are not benefits with part time employees. If you are able to work you way up to a supervision position you will be included in all of their benefits

401k is great they will match you, health coverage is not good, eye care is not offered. Vacation is general 2 weeks after 1st year with 5 sick days.

There are not many company perks besides a flexible schedule

Best thing about the benefits package is the 401K plan, Fastenal has very high stock on the stock market, Fastenal will also tend to match you on amount you put in. Health and Dental are both very good plans,. The vacation and personal time should have more leeway for their employees, also a few more days here and there.

Fastenal has great benefits in their program. They offer dental and vision, 401K, and paid time off. However their insurance rates are really expensive. It is almost impossible to afford it on the base salary they offer.

You have vacation days as a full time employee but you are looked down upon when using them. Management doesnt want to supply the help needed which in turn makes vacations hard to take
