Standard company benefits. They do have profit sharing within the company, but only if you are full time is it worth it.

No company perks. Holiday is not bad, but accrues over the year the first year. Health benefits are nothing special. No company car, cell phone, laptop, etc. You get to drive a company truck during work hours.
