They train you through working at the job and they give you job training videos to complete within the first 30 days of working there.

The job training are videos that aren't very clear. The staff had to give a lot of supplemental instruction and some manager's gave mismatching instructions.

When first becoming a shift manager I received intensive training for two weeks before beginning to work on the line, and then when I was promoted to GM, there was nigh zero training to do any of the administrative work, and it really killed my morale, when I was doing 14 day work weeks and 85 hour 7 day stints and there was still more to be done because I did not know how to do it efficiently.

The job training videos are alright, plus they count for 10 hours of pay

Their training process could be much better for hourly crew. They just watch videos. Very little structure and no actual training schedule

Something there's not enough training time. Something you just get thrown into it and have to figure things out myself.

You get trained to learn everything there is to their process. It truly is amazing.

Job training differs at every location. At one location it took them 6 months to train me on a different station. At a different location I work at they train a crew member everything within a month.
