The training was with another general manager that I stayed at her store for 5 weeks. making me cut potatoes and cook everyday so she can sit and relax and not doing her work. that was the training

They have you work in one specific area for weeks, then as soon as you are proficient in that they task you to other jobs

The best thing about training is that it was on the computer and I could rely on it. The worst was that I was being put in stations that I didn't know how to work them.

Extensive online training videos that can be referenced at any time. Co workers are also always willing to lend a helping hand.

They are impeccable in this area, hopefully all trainers have to be certified before training anyone else, but I went through several rounds with everyone at the same time, and we had fun doing it. Made a contest out of training.

It's like being able to be a multitalented assembly line worker. You changed from position to position and are given new tasks. I believe having chore rotation and other tasks through out the day keeps the mind active, and not bored.

They prepare you of the position you are applying for, but until you would like to do more they do not train you for anything more.

The corporate training at the home office in lorton virginia is amazing but when returning the same is not when being trained at your home location
