Job Training

We watch videos then hands on

Wasn't bad. You got paid to sit in a chair for 6+ hours to watch videos and take quizzes on those videos. Also got free food during that too.

It's a very fast paced job so you'd have to pay attention or else you could cause congestion for the rest of the team when they could really need your help.

The job training was very rigorous, if there was no previous experience with food it takes a while to acclimate into the job

The free meals, you get one free meal a shift with 1 burger or hotdog of any type along with little fries of any type.

I never got trained just thrown in the mix. The managers would get mad at me for not doing things but they were things I didn't know i had to do. I still don't know a lot. They just expected me to know and would never tell me what i did wrong

Training is really good and on-going training is strong as well.

Your trainee will train you on one station when you first get hired, then once you've mastered that position, your managers will start to cross train you on other things. The more you ask the more you learn.
