The vacation and flexibility are great benefits. The healthcare package is overall quite disappointing (high deductibles, spouse penalty).

Worst was the company culture. The culture was not as open as a large company like that you would think is.

Competitive but not great. They still have a pension if you were there more than 7 years and some matching. Just expect it to be better than most

Benefits are good. The best thing are the services being offered on site like dry cleaning, car service, and childcare.

In the 80's the benefits were top notch, by the 10's pensions disappeared in lieu of person savings, vacations disappeared in lieu of PTO, and health benefit premiums and deductibles exceeded local school district plans. Too many finance people cutting costs and not enough growth leaders creating new products, led to offshore support and lower raises and salaries. The best part of the benefits is the people answering the questions are responsive and knowledgeable.
