Benefits are available immediately and they offer a full package with lots of perks available to employees. I really liked the employee discount store and there was something for everyone available. Leave for new parents was fantastic and flexibility in time off was industry leading. My out of pocket cost for insurance was very low but the deductible was very high leaving my family at high financial risk in case of major illness.

The company does not have performance bonus and in some countries they do not have company car allowance or benefit.

Descent package.. always looking at better ways to improve employee performance. Need to reconsider the way they promote and reward talent.

Pay is nice for Cincy. Aviation lack of bonuses for non-upper management. Permissive vacation means unlimited vacation. 1 year in was fine, we didn't hear about people getting denied. Some people do work from home, but they know they will be first on the list to get laid off.

The work/life balance is good with the amount of time off you get. The time off changes with years of work. They match up to 3% on 401K.
