I am very satisfied with the Dental Plan. It is very good. In addition I would say that the Vision plan is also very good.

The best thing is that the benefits are comprehensive. I don't think there is a worst thing. When you are hired, there are plenty of training courses for enrollment desicions.

The benefits were not that great for a company as large as GE.

Permissive time off program has replaced specific allocations of vacation, sick, family leave, etc. Requires agreement with your manager, leaving it open to wide disparity. Benefits package - particularly around retirement benefits - varies depending on when you start with the company. For instance pensions are no longer offered, but 401(k) is better for newer employees.
