GE strives to provide competitive employee benefits packages in the regions and industries in which we have a presence. Our wide range of employee services, retirement, health and other benefit plans are designed to help eligible employees make the best decisions for themselves, their family, and their lifestyle.
Time off paid was terrible for houlry employees. We would work seven days a week and still get only two weeks time off.

unlimited vacation is a plus, the healthcare package is VERY expensive with high deductibles

great benefits, high deductibles, though every job has high deductibles, I think GE's are lower than the average

Good permissive time off for exempt personnel..unlimited/untracked vacation and sick. Medical is costly with high deductibles.

Healthcare plan is not that good. Healthcare is very basic and should be considered catastrophic insurance. High deductible plans with preventive care.

Overall, good benefits package. Health Insurance costs continue on 20 year trend of escalation and use up a larger percentage of pay.

Health Ins is terrible- premium always going up and pay not going up. Can never get ahead. And you have to do all of the legwork

Insurance is expensive. Permissive time off if you're able to take off....

The benefit only kicks in after the employee has exhausted their resources. No Adult orthodonics.
