Permissive time-off, which is unlimited vacation days as long as the supervisor approves. Although it is a challenge to schedule vacation during high season, if you vacation plans are flexible it is a great perk.

Eyecare plan is not great. Healthcare plan decent but not as robust as other silicon valley employers. Not enough in plan providers for vison care.
