Decent health insurance; retirement /401k is good; many other perks; the only bummer is the hourly employee vacation package is slim

GE health insurance is a high deductible plan. If you plan to have a baby or simply have kids or are prone to something big happening then you will pay your ~~ $3500 deductible plus the normal 80/20 split after to $7500...it gets expensive...yes monthly paycheck deductions for premium is pretty low...

GE offers a good company match for 401k contributions. The medical package is overall confusing about what is covered and the level of coverage. Paid time off is industry standard.

Health Insurance is way below par. Too high out of pocket costs

They no longer offer pension to new employees (but if you joined before, it is a MAJOR incentive to stay). Healthcare has slowly eroded in terms of higher cost, co-pays and deductibles.

Strong healthcare benefits and very good 401k match and program.

Competitive with benefits in the region. Decent coverage but does not compare with Silicon Valley benefits.

Very good insurance policies to choose from. Good variety of 401K options and plans. Very reasonable supplemental life insurance.
