GE benefits

Its a good package with lots of perks.

The premiums keep going up, but the coverage does not. They also dip into your FDA first before they will use the company funded HSA, so things like vision exams etc. have to be done at the very beginning of the year.

Unlimited vacation for most of the workforce, from Executive down to entry level.

Great benefit package. I do not know of anything that can be classified as "worst".

GE has a 401k match of 50% up to 8 %. Whiskey amount is fully vested. GE also add's 3% of your compensation to your 401k in the form of a pension. Theven Funds have a 3 year vesting period. Logging Services gives the employee $1,000 included on HSA/FSA card with eligible medical plan. Total compensation package is the best I've had at any Job, and benefits are comprarable to only UPS and Schlumberger, minus the discounted stock program.

Health insurance is awesome

The pay, as an intern there are very few companies that will offer better pay than GE. Also they give you a travel stipend and housing stipend.
