At the "other salaried" level, you get 10 days vacation, 20 sick days, and 40 hours of "personal time." The worse part is is that none of these roll-over to the next year; use it or lose it.

To have insurance family coverage at the top tier the cost is way too high. Every other benefit is about average for a company this size.

The only bad benefit was the health insurance. And even that wasn't too bad.

The health care options are expensive with high out of pocket expense. GE was previously known for great benefits so take time to evaluate the details. This was a surprise and should be considered when reviewing your overall compensation package. Vacation, sick time, leave are all excellent.
