As expected of a Fortune 10 global company, overall, the benefits package was comprehensive and pretty good. However, both surprised and disappointed by the medical premiums costs and, even more insane, the unreachable high deductibles warranted in order for any co-pay benefit to kick in -- especially if you have family coverage. #disappointed

When the plant sold the overtime and insurance drop. But other than that its an okay company to work for.

Pay is very competitive, one of the highest wages for interns in the degree. No overtime allowed, and not many perks given outside of the good compensation.

Permissive time off for all the exempt personnel meaning no "official" tracking of vacation, sick leave, personal business. You take the time off when needed; if acceptable for business. 401K, vested by company available only after 3 years of employment.

We have really good health insurance. I've rarely had any services denied. Paid maternity and paternity leave is very good. There are a lot of retirement investment options available with professional guidance available if you need it. The vacation package has, in general, lagged behind other companies, but we've recently switched to a more flexible package of "unlimited discretionary time-off", which puts how much time-off you get in the hands of your direct manager. So far, the experience has been good, as my manager has been very flexible and generous. Recently, I've seen a lot of people begin to work remotely from locations other than our main office, but that is also at the discretion of individual managers.
