GE strives to provide competitive employee benefits packages in the regions and industries in which we have a presence. Our wide range of employee services, retirement, health and other benefit plans are designed to help eligible employees make the best decisions for themselves, their family, and their lifestyle.
The benefits GE offers are pretty good and I have no complaints with regard to benefits here. Thank you.

Healthcare benefits were very comprehensive because they had custom plans due to a large employee base. The premiums were competitive with the overall market.

Health insurance not inexpensive. Used to have an HMO, which was great. No longer offered.

Obamacare for salaried employees. Not too many years ago, everyone marveled at GE benefits. Now I am embarrassed when at Dr or hospital.
