GE strives to provide competitive employee benefits packages in the regions and industries in which we have a presence. Our wide range of employee services, retirement, health and other benefit plans are designed to help eligible employees make the best decisions for themselves, their family, and their lifestyle.
It is all pretty typical. Health insurance could be a little better and everyone could pay the same for the same insurance.

401k matching is a plus. They will match 50% of your contributions with a max of 4%. Health insurance is still good but its getting worse every year. Lots of flexibility in terms of the benefits options (1,2 or 3).

Best is all the great benefits that are comprehensive. Nothing bad to say on the worst.

Decent benefits including eye, and dental. Great matching 40K. Generous paid vacation, can work up to 6 weeks off and 5pd sick days.

Change in the Healthcare structure was not the best. Coverage was reduced and deductibles were increased drastically.
