I think GE gives excellent benefits at minimal cost to its employees. Medical, dental, and 401k matching are included.

For an intern, it was only the base hourly based salary. There are more benefits for formal employees. Contractors are quite different.

401K is pretty good, but it would have been nice to have a pension like older employees.

As an FMP, no one tracks the time you take off, you just agree with your manager at the time...result is that you can take much more vacation than your entry level peers, especially since you move every six months and people understand that takes time...many FMPs take at least a week off in between rotations in addition to normal vacation throughout the rest of the y ear.

decent health insurance. decent pay. not flexible on working from home or working from other offices. No bonuses which is stupid.

They were extremely accommodating regarding a housing and re-location bonus. They provided a chunk sum for the housing and relocation bonus.
