GE strives to provide competitive employee benefits packages in the regions and industries in which we have a presence. Our wide range of employee services, retirement, health and other benefit plans are designed to help eligible employees make the best decisions for themselves, their family, and their lifestyle.
Nice work-life balance. Competitive retirement plans. Health insurance includes dental and vision. 2 weeks paid parental leave and up to 4 more weeks unpaid.

time off is hard to get, they say they support it but thats not really the case. Benefits have dropped off dramatically which is a shame because GE should be setting the standard. work from home should be pushed more by management.

Excellent for the area. The company 401k match is up to 7%. The health insurance costs and deductibles are reasonable.

extra Retirement 401k match, education help and a gret dental plan. Regular healthcare plan is kind of blah but not awful.

Although not as comprehensive as 10 years ago, still has a nice health package (vision, dental, and medical). 3 tiers of medical coverage dictates if you want to pay more out of pocket initially or after medical expenses. Above average family coverage.
401k is great, company matches up to 10%.
Flex arrangements are top of the line for salaried, office personnel. Ability to work from remotely, including home, and hours can be tailored to each employee's unique situation if needed.
Employee discounts for GE appliances are also good, will beat all big box stores prices.

When i was hired into the company, the pension was already closed so we don't have the benefit of enrolling in that program.

Used to offer very attractive benefits for E-Band but those benefits were significantly reduced somewhere around 2008-2010
