The best thing is the pay and all of the available over time when it is busy. I was able to work 7 days a week during busy times. Great pay.

Good benefits package overall, plan is market for a large company. Moving towards permissive leave for vacation. Flexible work arrangements available, however business and/or position specific.

Frustrating high-deductible health care. Great Dental and Vision insurance. Good 401k match and retirement contribution.

Benefits package was decent, health, dental etc. But had recently moved to having employee pay more for the coverage. There was a lot of people upset by it. If you were healthy, it wasn't a big deal, but if you had health issues, it was going to cost a lot more.
401K, company stock options for bonuses. In our business there was no official bonus.
