It's horrible. Only completed 1/2 the training and they tell you things on a need to know basis. Pay is minimum. They don't tell you until after you are hired that you only get commission on GNC products. Unorganized. Managers don't care, which makes it difficult for the employees to care about the store.

The job training for positions above Store Manager are adequate and you can see that they do invest to get you the proper training you need. However, the low rating I provide is because of the lack of structure and training for Store Managers and below. There's no training program that employees go through. New hires come in and they are left to their respective managers to "find a way" and make it work within their normal allocated payroll. There's opportunity to come up with a training store manager and support them with the proper resources to get new hires trained properly and set them up for success. This is one of the main reasons as to why the high turnover rate at this company.
