You pay a crazy bill ~ 2400 per year and you do have the worst health assistance ever. If you are European, you are not going to believe how much you can pay for that service. One time I was at the hospital because they thought I had a cancer and the doctor told me that in USA people have 2-3 cancers and it is normal during your life (it is not like that in Europe at all !) ...because there food is just not what food is supposed to be. Everything is ultra-pasteurized, genetic, roundup ready, full of antibiotics (genetic feedings), genetic extra sweetened, and first of all tasteless. He could not prescribe me an organic diet but he advised me to do not eat conventional food, especially if I came from Europe. In my experience the best health service there is to do not eat what everyone is eating because they make money getting you sick. In Europe they want to avoid sick people since that is a state service.
