They removed one for the health insurance options combining the low and middle tier. Thankfully it didn't affect my choice in 2016 but did affect other colleague's choices.

HDHP HSA matiching is current very high! PPO also available, has higher costs associated but deductibles are very low. HDHP deductible is also towards the lower end of HDHP deudctibles
