Lots of PTO! I had a months worth left over when I finally left and got paid out for all of it.

The best part about it is that they offer it to all their employees, not just the ones that are full time.

Vacation accrues very slowly. The rate is pegged to the job title and calculated on the number of on-clock hours in a rolling window. So, if you use your vacation time, the rate of accrual is negatively effected and it's forever before you build back up. So they pretend to offer vacation time but in practice - not so much.
