It takes a long time for the time to accrue. You literally have to work there for a year just to get 1-2 weeks off. If they let you use it.

If you have the hours to take paid time off you can. If you only have 2 days saved up then that's all you get paid for. But they are nice at giving you the time you need off.

they give you 5 vacation days after your first three months, but it's a real tizzy to get the managers to allow you to use them. i've seen a lot of people get denied their vacation time due to sales, other employees quitting, job performance, etc.

I think it's great that they offer vacation time at all for their part-time employees. You accrue more hours the longer you work and max out at 20 hours.
