They provided the bare minimum

Earn a decent amount of PTO

Depends on length of employment

There is not enough PTO

The longer you have been with the company the more paid time you get.

Worst thing is you could submit your vacation in and it was not guaranteed, makes it hard to schedule family vacations. I don't have a best thing except maybe having the vacation time at all and it does not roll over so it needs to be used before the new year.

The longer you stay the more you can earn.

There is a total of 15 days for PTO

PTO adds up fast but some holidays are not paid
