Three day training to go over products, customer service and hair cutting/styling

This is a starting for fresh styliat eager to learn. The manager really cares about not only making everyone look great but installs life long trick and skills to ensure the stylist will reach full potential

They teach you to cut corners, and lots of bad habits, to make you fit into a 15 minute per client model. Investors prepared to be completely RE-trained if you leave the company.

The training was hosted in a conference room at a hotel, I don't remember if it was a one day or 2 day training, they show you all their haircuts, bobs, a-lines, long layered, short layered, stacked bobs , wedge, etc. and they show you how to do them in the quickest most efficient way.

Paid training to go to “Great Clips Academy”, the location I worked at was in a secluded town so we were paid hourly, gas money, food money and overnight pay if necessary to get to training location. Great Clips offers video classes on updated techniques and styles, guest stylists would come sometimes to perform demos
