No one is our organization can say training wasn’t available to them. We have 2 full time trainers.

When you join great clips you have to attend academy where they teach you everything there is to know about our company. They offer cutting classes monthly, management training, and they also have a private website where employees can go to watch latest trend cutting videos to customer service videos.

Job training is hands on, which is both good and bad. You have to be very attentive and it is fast paced, however there are many people to support you and no one every makes you feel bad about asking questions.

Continuing education throughout employment

Amazing training at the training center to hone your skills. They offer management training, on going training as well as classes that meet the requirements to renew your license. Best part? You’re paid for your time.

There is always development available to all staff. Technical and professional training for staff, management, and corporate.

you get training when you get a position, but it is minimal, and there is NO ongoing training, so if you're a stylist for 8 years, your last company training was 8 years ago.
