Generous but it does excludes lots of perks from their rewards program. So, you sometimes get penalized for being a loyal customer.

As an intern, I don't believe we got a discount.

Non corporate I got 20-30% discount and at the corporate store I received 40% discount.

It's a terrific employee discount.

Discount on everything in the store. You can go to any Hallmark in the US and use your discount. The only down side is you can't get it with any of the promotional offers. So usually the promotional price is cheaper than the employee discount. You just have to calculate and see which one is better.

The employee discount only applies to online items, but only select few items on the website apply. It wasn't worth it to order cards online, even with the discount.

Their employee discount options were awesome. They offered discounts at Halls, the giftshop, Chiefs season tickets, sea world, a phone plan, and much more.
