Provides good matches for 401k plan.

Standard 401k plan you would expect from a company of this size.

Lot of choices including excess 401k.

I think its pretty good at 5% matching contribution + 1% automatic contribution. Additionally, you can contribute up to 10% of your after tax salary and up to 10% of your bonus. The only downside is that the company's contribution only applies at the end of the year.

Good match but have to stay with company until December 15 to get the match chooses are good

With a 6% full match, it would be as good as any I'm aware of - - but to save money, they no longer match with each paycheck/employee contribution. They only match at the end of the year and then, only if you are still employed on Dec 15. You leave on Dec 14, you don't get any match for the year.
