The 401k matching is up to 5%. They even provide after-tax contribution in addition to Roth and traditional contribution

Some Matching but not sure up to What %. Decent investment options run by Fidelity. When they took away the old defined benefit pension back in 1999 they increased the matching

The 401 K matching is a nice bonus, but have to wait until the end of the year.

2% base + matching up to 6%. So if you do 6% they put in 8%. Done with fidelity and the tools are excellent.

The match is wonderful! The problem it is an accrual basis. You do not receive the benefit until the last paycheck of the year and if you were terminated on December 15th, you loose all of your 401K matching! NASTY way of hosing your employees!!!! Ginni Rometty did this!
