Good: Various options and costs are offered with option for strong coverage if you're willing to pay the cost. Bad: costs are increasing and coverage is decreasing concurrently. Can't tell if IBM is contributing less or just wanting to offer less coverage.

IBM has a variety of plans and they make a real effort to constrain costs year after year. However, the quality of the plans for the money tends to get worse year after year. HSA and traditional plans are offered.
