There are perhaps 3-4 viable choices, mostly through UHC. Costs are reasonable for individuals, but quite expensive for families. Deductibles and annual out of pocket maximums are sub-par compared to other similar size companies. IBM makes reasonable employer HSA contributions as bait for the HDHP plans, but you can't count on that to continue. IBM dropped the excellent VSP vision plan a few years ago; the cheap "Blue View" plan that replaced it is horrible; eye care professionals hate it. Metlife provides dental; cost and coverage are pitiful. The above pertains to US locations,
