We had good insurance although for a company as big as it is, you would expect it to be cheaper than it was.

Great that there are lots of options, but other than HMO, other options are costly for those with a family.

There are lots of plan choices and my plan has all the doctors anyone will ever need. There are incentives to help offset costs.

Its not bad, cost is fair, but you can only pick/change at election time one time a year. Once you do, you are locked in for the new year and no way to change. Usually not a big deal if you pay attention, but some people just choose and then find out they chose the wrong one for their situation and would like to change, but its hard coded that, more or less, too bad so sad, live with it until the next election period

Ever year provisions covered by the plans decrease and the cost for coverage increases significantly. Up until 3-4 years ago, during open enrollment, you could elect for the same coverage as in the previous year with minimal increase in cost.

You have several options to choose from depending on the amount of money you want to spend and the amount of coverage you want.

Good, reasonably-priced, health care packages available of all sorts to meet all types of needs. Very flexible.
