Price is high on premiums. High deductibles ($$$$) Max out of pocket $25K/year for family.
CVS Caremark is the selected pharmacy.
IBM is self insured. They try to keep the costs down for IBM.
Don't get sick. Or have a sick kid. Have a spouse with good health insurance (I'm sure IBM wants you off their plan and on someone elses).
