after the move to global foundry's i found the IBM healthcare package was horribly over priced for what it was i spend 40$ /PM and get a low 20$ normal visits 30$ specialist visists and 100$ ER co pay
IBM did give you 30$ to waive your healthcare....

Very little bureaucracy / paperwork. Great phone support. A bit hard to access it if you don't know the right codes to get in.
