Company funded so employees in US have ever increasing deductibles and growing out of pocket maxs. If you're single, IBM is OK. If you have a family, costs are per child up to 6 (no group family premium). Basic dental is ridiculously high - $21 per month (per person in family) for simple 2 cleanings and 1 x-ray a year
