It's standard 80 : 20 copay .

I understand that IBM is a very large company, with thousands of employees and healthcare is a major cost center for them. But their programs are mashups at best. I have worked for other very large companies and had much better benefits.

The Health Insurance was very good. Very comparable to many of the large organizations over the years some of the rates have gone higher

HMO cost is around a $900 per month for a family of six.

Low cost for family, lots of options

All Cost levels available for purchase. The employee is basically no cost, but each dependent there is a cost. e.g. The cost for high end. low deductible plan for spouse is $470 / month

Still offering muttiple options for health insurance.

Average for a large company.
