The health insurance through BCBS is fairly comprehensive

The optical plan doesn't seem to be worth anything

IBM does help employees navigate the different healthcare choices. They’ve used an AI tool, which has been helpful. One of the best benefits: The health plans include a health advocate who can navigate the complexity of healthcare billing. Normally not an issue, but if you have major surgery it can be very, very, helpful.

Very good, non-contributory medical insurance. Paid gym memberships, occasional onsite CPR training, informal intramurals.
