Health insurance package was great. The employee was required to pay very low rates.

I think the health insurance is fine for the employee. I get the 0 out of pocket program per month. But if you have a family it can cost a lot of money. There are many plans to choose from, each one has advantages/disadvantages over the others.

Great Health Benefits via Blue Cross PPO and Great Dental Benefits, Life insurance, Long term and Short Term Disability via Metropolitan Life. Downside is cost to employee taken out of biweekly pay.

Pretty standard for a large company

Worst thing is the cost. For my family of four its a car payment... before you even start having to pay for things.
