Coverage is good. HSA is an option. Base dental is provided, but better options are available for a price.

Health insurance is very good if you are the sole recipient. Adding a spouse and kids causes the cost to increase immensely. For a wife and 3 kids, it was completely affordable so my wife and kids are on a separate plan.

So expensive that most people buy their own or use spouse's benefits.

There are about 5 different plans, each with differing cost based on the amount the employee contributes. e.g. the employee only high deductible plan with health savings account has no monthly premium, but the plan that covers doctor office visits for a family of 4 is very expensive.
