I have a healthy family and the IBM High Deductible with HSA has a very low cost and has benefited me greatly.

Healthcare options are reasonable, costs rise every year but that's the industry trend. HSA plans have been offered the last few years and has been a positive.

Good coverage but a bit pricey

IBM's health insurance provider does a great job. They have helped us with billing issues and finding health care providers in our area. While I was out sick, they had a nurse call me to go over the care I was receiving to make sure I was getting what I was paying for,

The high deductible plan is "affordable" but not really useful. Even after reaching deducible, expenses are still pretty high.

Health insurance has been good; however, the cost goes up every year. I don't think this is IBM-specific, but a reality we now all live in.
