I'm sure it is better than some, but there are some areas in IBM that have ridiculous costs for insurance. The longer you are there, the worse the benefits seem to become.

I really don't think there is any ad to say about Heath Care options at IBM. Except to say that HC premiums are rising for everyone, which is a shame!
