Due to different employee's family configurations, we offer a variety of healthcare insurance providers and coverage options in the US with CDHP, PPO and HMO plans. Your time off for a work life balance is important to us. Please talk with your manager or HR to see if your workload/deadlines can be reevaluated so you have the time off to be the best you at work and home. - AP

The 17 days of PTO is nice if you don’t need sick days. 401k match is only up to 4% of salary which I think is a bit low. 5% match would be nice. I enjoy the charitable donation matching.

Thanks for your feedback. PTO can be used for sick and non-sick days. Each employee gets 2 floating days at the start of each calendar year as well. Employees are allowed to carry over 80 hours of PTO into the next year. The industry standard for 401(k) matches up to 3% and 50 cents on the dollar. ICF exceeds that standard by matching 100% for the first 3 and 50% of the next 2%. Employees are also vested on the day 1 of employment.
