We appreciate the positive review! It's great to hear when things are working well. The benefits team works hard to ensure our offerings are at industry standard or exceeds them. -AP

I signed up for the accident insurance benefit. I never thought I'd need it, but it came in handy when I fell and broke my wrist. Overall I've been happy with the health insurance benefits.

We hope your wrist is all healed now! Glad you had the insurance for the accident. Thanks for your positive feedback! -AP

PTO combines sick and vacation time, which just encourages people to work sick. They don't give enough time to feel like spending it on sick time.

We appreciate your feedback. Through employee feedback, our benefits team found that having paid time off that includes both sick and vacation time gives our employees more flexibility. Typically, businesses practice either a lump sum approach to paid time off (PTO), or an accrual bank. We take the latter so employees can use their days within the year or rollover up to 80 hours to the following year. In case of emergency or a need for extended leave, we offer added support, like employee donated pools or short-term disability leave. If you still have more questions about PTO, you can reach out to your HR representative. -AP

Most positions are fully remote
ICF
Thanks for your comment. Through Covid, we realized that work could continue and be done well by offering hybrid work along with some positions having the ability to work completely remote. We also realize the work/life benefit it brings knowing employees have lives outside of their workday tasks. -AP
