We offer a full menu of benefits to employees, their spouses or domestic partners, and their families, from the expected to the industry-leading. Our goal: to help you make your life as healthy, happy, and rewarding as possible—at work and outside of work.
There is a 401k matching program and tuition reimbursement program. Insurance costs go up every year and raises a small.

Very little time off-15 days for both work and sick leave. This means that if you go to the doctor and it takes 3 hours, you have to deduct this from your sick leave.

There are great options. The company contributions to HSAs and retirement are good.

PTO is great, if you never get sick. Matching 401K (up to a point) is also a perk. Health insurance is decent, though plans continue to be more expensive and cover less.

The best thing is flexible working for most employees. Depending on your role, most employees get some flexibility in their work hours or location. As long as you get your hours in, and do a good job, and your clients, staff, and managers are happy, you can flex your arrival/departure time or occasionally work from home. In keeping with the company's environmental focus (it is carbon neutral), most locations receive commuter benefits for riding public transportation, biking/walking to work, or carpooling. Every employee gets a small budget for joining professional associations, and tuition assistance for formal education. The company often surveys employees to make sure the benefits offered are those most valued to employees. There is very little maternity leave benefit (the company pays a disability insurance that gives 5 weeks at 60% pay). HOWEVER, the company handles the rest of maternity leave well. In my experience, your career track is intact when you get back.

The company is moving to high-deductible health insurance. My family's deductible is $4,000 a year. And the premiums are pretty high.
