The insurance is through the roof for a family...much more than it is at any other consulting firms in the same range.

ICF has a great benefits package, including an offering for pet insurance. There are varying levels of medical and dental coverage. The retirement matching is on par with other employer offerings.

High deductible health plans instituted after ACA.

Most people are not happy with the benefit packages ICF provides. They are very costly and do not benefit anyone (besides ICF). They aggressively promote their own stocks

The benefits package is decent, but it's pretty pricey. The price of the package increased from the time I started until the time I left. It doubled in price, and a lot of people could no longer afford to keep the benefits package.

PTO is relatively high for a firs job (16 days); we also get 3 floating holidays throughout the year. I cannot speak to the insurance plan as I am still young enough to stay on my parents plan. There is a gym at the office site that is available to employees free of charge. It is small, but very convenient.
