Best: Flexible scheduling- if you get your work done, it pretty much doesn't matter when you do it. Worst: no dedicated sick time- all time off is "Personal Time Off", and you're limited to rolling over 80 hours a year at the end of the calendar year, so it makes planning very challenging for busy people.

5 days of accrued time off (.177 hours per week), insurance is just enough to not violate current laws, insurance offered varies by location and position. 401k with limited employer match. Dental insurance offered but none of the participating providers are in local area. Life insurance and AD&D insurance provided (1 x yearly pay) - benefits that are listed on company website do not apply to Martinsville site.

Best is good 401k and Cadillac PPO Medical. Worst is, they are phasing out Cadillac PPO and time off is only average.

ICF does a good job trying to balance rising health care costs with offering benefits for a wide range of employees and their dependents
