The best thing about the benefits package is the company perks

Benefits were pretty standard, but there were little nice perks thrown in, especially the internal education benefits.

The health insurance is overpriced, but you get cheap co-pays on prescriptions and doctors visits. The dental plan is good, and their flexible spending account is handy.

Working from home is dependent on the project you are working on. If you work off-site with a different client, it is not likely. Matches up to 4% 401K. 15 days total PTO (includes sick time, emergencies, random days off), 2 floating holidays as well.

The worst change was taking away sick leave, effectively reducing the annual days off and taking away sick leave accrued over years of service.
