There is no variable component in the package. Hence, you get the full amount that is promised on paper. But, the basic component is very less and more amount is stacked in to the special allowances. That way the other components that are derived from basic components get reduced.

It is quite good for freshers atleast they should increase the package for freshers.

They pay less than promised, payroll has deduction not declared in offer letter and finance team never has time to respond to your questions.
